experience across an ecosystem of digital products

what

Conta Globo is a customer relationship service for *Globo's digital portfolio. An ecosystemic user account consisted on 3 pillars: user identification, big data and transactions platforms.


*Globo is the biggest media company in Latin America.

why

Globo needed to take business to its full potential, by using intelligence to improve the user experience and the efficiency of offers on all of its digital touchpoints.

To do so, the company needed to shift from a fragmented relationship with users (in which each of its products were an endpoint that knew only a fraction of the user's preferences and needs) to a broader approach in which each product collaborates to a shared and unified knowledge of customers.

how

Through an universal system responsible for centralizing the recognition,  registration and supply of customer information across a vast set of digital products and user devices.  Thus, generating an interconnected net of services that adapt their offers and settings to users' needs and preferences on different contexts.

 

So,  the relationship between consumers and the Globo brand would be strengthened by an ecosystemic Globo Account meant to serve all of its products.
